Principle
This website is built to process as little data as possible. It does not embed fonts, maps, videos or content from third-party servers. There is no advertising, no audience measurement and no disclosure to third parties.
Cookies
This website does not set cookies and does not use comparable technologies for recognition. Therefore there is no consent banner.
Accessing the pages
When the pages are accessed, the web server processes technically necessary data: IP address, time of access, requested address, amount of data transferred and browser identifier. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR; the legitimate interest lies in secure operation. These logs are deleted after [number] days.

Inquiry form
If you use the inquiry form, the information you enter is processed: name, email address, telephone number if provided, your message and the artwork to which it relates. This data is used exclusively to answer your inquiry. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) lit. b GDPR where a purchase is being initiated, otherwise lit. f.
We store inquiries until the matter has been completed, for no longer than [period]. Commercial and tax retention periods remain unaffected.
Authenticity check
The verification of an authenticity certificate takes place entirely in your browser. Neither the QR code nor the photograph you take is transmitted to a server. No log is created of which artwork was checked.
Sharing artworks
Every artwork page offers share buttons. They are not embedded widgets of those networks but plain links: as long as you do not click one, no connection is made to Instagram, Facebook, X or Pinterest, and none of their cookies is set.
Only your click opens a window of the respective provider. From then on their privacy policy applies: they learn your IP address, the address of the artwork and, if you are logged in there, who you are. The operator of this website has no influence over that processing.
The text you type into the field stays in your browser until then. "Share" uses your device's own dialog, "Copy text" the clipboard - neither transmits anything to this website or to third parties.
Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. To exercise these rights, contact the address stated above. You may also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority; the competent authority is the Hessian Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information.
